Order processing is central in the morning. Because we pack a fresh product, our customers place an order (almost) every day. Ordered today = pick up today. You work in our own software program 'SuperVugt', which is very convenient and allows you to process all orders very quickly.

 

You are an important link in the sales process. Because you ensure that all orders enter production as quickly as possible and that the orders can therefore be made, your dispatch colleagues can ensure that the customer can load the order on time. If there are problems, you know how to solve them skilfully and communicate to the customer.

We believe it is important to build a lasting relationship with our customers. In the Sales team you also have an important task: you are the point of contact for our regular customers, you provide advice and you make appointments. The shared goal of the team is therefore: to ensure that our customers come first.

In the afternoon you will be busy with various administrative tasks such as invoicing.

Van Vugt Kruiden is the specialist in fresh herbs, baby leaves and edible flowers. Our growing family business is located on the Hoogzandweg in Ridderkerk. We have a wide range of products that we grow and pack for our loyal customers. Every day, our team ensures that our customers can load their orders on time.

The ideal candidate:

• Is available at least 4 days a week;

• Does not have a morning mood, your working day starts at 7.30 am;

• Has no problems with a variable end time between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM;

• Has good communication skills;

• Good command of the Dutch and English language;

• Has experience in a similar position (advantage);

• Has good skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel;

• Has an enterprising, flexible and committed attitude;

• Is a real team player.
